DIGNUS-INFRA Shelters/Pre-Fabricated Enclosures are thermally insulated, water-tight and dust-proof enclosures for applications such as Cellular & Basic Telecom network, Radar Communication Systems, Scientific and Defense applications Clean rooms, Living Modules, RO Shelters, Cold Storage, Porta Cabins and for all applications where internal conditions are to be protected from the environment & to maintain the specific temperature inside. DIGNUS-INFRA Shelter is ideal for living shelters in high altitude and difficult terrain areas.
Salient Features
- Corner panels – DIGNUS-INFRA shelter has a unique design of “tied down” corner panels which define shelter co-ordinates & are able to substain maximum wind load upto 170 kmph.
- Floor panel – Floor panels having 19 mm marine ply as inner skin and bonded with sandwiched foam duly strengthened with structural square tubing are designed to withstand the floor loading between 2400-2500 kg/m3. The jointing system between panel to panel is Tongue & Groove duly tightened with the help of Camlocks for additional strength.
- Tie Rods – We are providing tie rods throughout the corner panels joining ceiling to floor panels and are tied down to the mechanical structure at base to make the shelter completely tied with each other.
- Base Structure – DIGNUS-INFRA shelter is suitable to install on roof tops & ground on suitable base structure consisting of beams/ channels (ISMB/ISMC) for requisite floor loading in excess of 2500 kg/m2. Each arrangement is designed to bear the desired load of individual shelters/buildings.
- Secondary Roof – DIGNUS-INFRA Hi-Rib profiled Secondary roof is provided over the top of shelter by making the slant boxes for additional precaution of any leakage by rain water.
- Elastomeric Rubberised Polyurethane based material is applied to result in a “NO LEAKAGE “Shelter.
