DIGNUS Infra provides a range of Prefabricated, Pre-insulated, Sandwich Panel, comprising of closed cell, CFC free – polyurethane foam insulation core sandwiched between two metal facing sheets. The metallic facing sheets are plain with intermediate small ribbed finish on inner skin and DIGNUS Hi-Rib sheet as outer skin. These are designed to withstand the quirks of nature and the vagaries of time. Ideal for roofing in construction of energy efficient Warehouses, Industrial Buildings, RO shelters, Living Shelters & Educational Institutes etc. These are designed using latest technology thus serving with best performance even in extreme weather conditions.
(A) Controlled Atmosphere / Cold Room Storage System
CA/ Cold Rooms are built with polyurethane/polyisocyanurate sandwich panels. Dignus Panel System provides a very good tight chamber for storage by proper sealing of all jointing between the panels. This ensures a proper maintenance of the oxygen, carbon dioxide content, humidity and temperature inside the CA room. DIGNUS Panels are capable of bearing over pressures upto 30kg/m2.
(B) Dignus Shelter
Dignus Shelter is thermally insulated, water-tight and dust-proof enclosure for applications such as Cellular & Basic Telecom network, Radar Communication Systems, Scientific and Defense applications Clean rooms, Living Modules, RO Shelters, Cold Storage, Porta Cabins and for all applications where internal conditions are to be protected from the environment & to maintain the specific temperature inside. Dignus Shelter is ideal for living shelters in high altitude and difficult terrain areas.
(C) Dignus Refrigerated Van
Dignus Refrigerated Vans are built with Puf Panels to suit varied needs for the transportation of perishables, be it dairy and poultry products, butter, fruit and vegetables, ice cream, marine products, pharmaceutical products. Each piece is offered with different thickness as per temperature & its application, and is confirmed to sound insulation so as to retain cooling. Panels for refrigerated van ensures a balance of low weight, strength & rugged suitable for all climate condition & road.
(D) Dignus Insulated Doors
DIGNUS provides a large choice of doors, hatches & viewing glasses. Doors can be hinged or sliding, manually operated or mechanized with & without electric heating coil system to prevent freezing of gaskets in the standard size of 1100x2100mm. Doors of other dimensions are also available on request.
